While not in any way limiting what people will see and interpret, the symbols and colours have an intentional meaning:

The circle represents the world.  The vision of Peace Christian Community is to make known Christ's peace to people, our region and nations.  It is a global vision.

The three colours of the world are both distinct & blended:  red (Christ), green (Creator/Father) & blue (the Holy Spirit).  The world was created by &  belongs to the triune God.  It is God's world.

The overlapping brush strokes are purple (royal/kingship),white (holiness/purity) & gold (glory).  God's kingship, holiness & glory converge within & radiate throughout the world in a seamless, unbounded flow of love.

The colours of the circle also express the richness & diversity of the world.  The different colours of the brush strokes also signify that PCC embraces people of all ages, backgrounds, & walks of life - diverse, yet converging in unity of heart & mind, and sent out into the world as carriers of God's creativity, grace, love, truth & power.
